Q: Has anything surprised you since you started working at the Firm?

I’m surprised by how much responsibility the Firm is willing to give to you if you raise your hand. If you are willing to run with something, there are few barriers stopping you from doing so.

Q: How would you describe the Sculptor culture?

We are encouraged to bring diverse and unique perspectives in solving problems and improving what we do. People aren’t afraid of trying something new.

Q: Can you talk about the exposure you have across the Firm?

I sit at the intersection of our investment teams and client groups which offers me a unique level of exposure across all of our investment capabilities in delivering solutions to clients. I’m fortunate to have such broad exposure across our investment platform.
