I have been at Sculptor for 10 years and can say from experience that this is a great place to build a career.

Q: Has anything surprised you since you started working at Sculptor?

The people and the friendships I’ve made. In the 10 years I’ve worked here, I’ve developed amazing relationships, friends that are around the same age as me going through similar professional and personal experiences which creates a real bond that will last forever.

Q: Can you talk about the exposure you have across the Firm?

I'm lucky in that a big part of my role involves collaborating with teams across the firm including investment professionals, accounting, legal, and compliance to help clients obtain the information they need.

Q: How would you characterize the role of teamwork and collaboration at Sculptor?

Although we have almost 400 employees globally, it still feels like a small firm. Teamwork is key to the Client Partner Group. We have a weekly global team meeting and then are continuously communicating and bouncing ideas off each other.
